Anyone knows what kind of OPL it has? This version features a I plan to use a similar style like on my Guide to the Sound Blaster Model numbers here: If you can, xztech to stick to other chipsets. It is based on the third generation of sound cards with the AZT chipset if you have problems with finding the right drivers, let me know - I have that specific model's drivers. Once I azgech out a way to get the cards working in my machine, I will update this post.
How could I forget about it? Cards that were registered with the FCC but never seemingly manufactured are omitted. What about Windows 95? That's the Intel PnP configuration manager. Sound Galaxy Basic The appears to be the highest model that does not use PnP and also has a Wave Blaster header.
It is not known if the sequence determines the chronological order that the cards were designed, but it's a safe assumption for our purposes. Thanks to the folks over at Vogonsit was revealed that there were many other kinds of compatible sound cards and clones that were as good, if not better, than their Creative counterparts.
The readme in the installation files call it "Aztech Audio Web AT" but I've seen it named differently in drivers sites.
Last edited by jesolo on The card appears on your list, but not as CPS, which was a German company that later got into court quarrel with Creative. During this installation process, it will sometimes create a folder where it will save your DOS utilities as well some of these utilities will help you to configure your sound card settings for DOS use. Some cards support wavetable cards via the Waveblaster header.

Apart from that it seems to be the same card with the same featureset. The AZT chipsets should work great if you're looking for the latest hardware without PnP configuration. If you are looking for a Sound Blaster Pro 2 compatible card without paying a similar price, the AZT based cards aren't a bad buy. The AZT was co-developed with Yamaha.

If aztexh try to install the drivers or run the diagnostic utilityit will normally tell you if the particular model doesn't match the driver set. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
